Overview
We’re a Homeschool cooperative that has learning activities, for kids Thursdays and Fridays. Their are activities available for kids & teens from 18 months and up.
Each Activity typically runs for about an hour (50min of activity time, and 5 – 10 min for transition). We have a few 30 min classes as well. These are a full 30 mins.
Tribe operates in sessions, each session lasting 7 weeks. Between each session, there is a week or two off to allow for holidays and make-up dates if needed. Classes are made up if the teacher has to be out for sickness or other reasons. We do not make up classes for individual student absences. We also do not make up for weather unless it is excessive missing more than 2 of the same week day.
Day to Day
Students typically arrive 10 – 15 min before their activities start, gives them a chance to check in, receive their name badge, and room schedules the first day.
Parents arriving with their kids, either find a spot in the main space, or quiet room to settle in, connect with other parents, or log in to the Wi-Fi to get some of their work done. If you feel your assistance may be necessary or beneficial for you kiddo, you are welcome to join them in their class.
Classes are all arranged around the main space, making it easy for kids to find you any time, and impossible to leave without passing through the main space. Children join you for lunch/snacks, hanging out or other learning between activities. Parents are responsible for their children between activities. Snacks & drinks are available in the main space.
Separate restrooms for children and adults are available.

Membership Pricing & fees
Families can sign up for single-session membership which is our prorate membership of $40, this will only be for that current session you are enrolling for or our full year membership which is the cheaper option if you plan on coming all 4 session through the year, those prices are:
$85 yearly membership (1-2 children)
$95 yearly membership (3+ children)
Additional Fees:
New family registration (one time only-not charged again) $35
Volunteer Opt-out (if you cannot or do not want to volunteer) $50
CLASS COST: All of our teachers are paid, and they have set their cost for the class. The cost on the schedule is the cost you pay for the entire 7-week session. All materials/supplies are included in this cost. You can take as many as a few classes as you’d like. You decide!
Volunteering
Volunteering is a Tribe requirement; not only does it keep our costs down, but it also provides opportunities to get to know the community. You can pay to opt out of your volunteering for $50 if you are unable or cannot volunteer.
