Security & Student Safety

At TRIBE Homeschool, the safety and well-being of our students is a top priority. We have several safety protocols in place to ensure a secure environment for all families.

Controlled Building Access

Our co-op meets within a larger building shared by multiple organizations. To maintain a safe and secure space, our section of the building remains locked during class hours. A designated team member is stationed at the sign-in table at the entrance, managing entry and exit by buzzing in authorized individuals only. Located in the larger building is the sheriff’s training facility which also helps maintain a safer environment.

Student Identification

Every child wears a name badge during co-op hours that includes their name and class schedule. This helps teachers and volunteers identify students and ensure they are in the correct location at all times.

Vetted Volunteers

All teachers and any adult volunteers working directly with students must pass a background check. Only individuals who have completed this process are permitted to assist in classrooms or interact with students.

Our commitment to safety helps us create a peaceful, focused environment where learning and community can thrive.
